Refund policy
We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized products, including custom rugs, are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items that show signs of use, wear, or alteration cannot be accepted for returns.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at asli@galatatraders.com with photos of the issue. We will work with you to offer a replacement or refund.
Return Process:
- Request a Return: Contact us at asli@galatatraders.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product.

Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
